Product Certification and Conformity
Our guarantee to you
All Soluzione Solare products are built and conform to the highest international standards of quality. They are designed for stable, accurate measurement, whilst remaining cost effective.
- Onboard precision components guarantee linearity and accuracy.
- Circuits compensate the signal as the temperature of the photovoltaic cell changes, returning the same value for across a wide temperature range (-30°C – 88°C).
- A treatment unique to Soluzione Solare gives stable measurements over time.
- Only high quality materials.
ISO 9001:2015
The entire production, testing and calibration of our sensors following a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
Certification
Product durability (IEC 61215)
The IEC 61215 is the international gold standard for crystalline silicon photovoltaic products. Our solar sensors must pass the rigorous international standard IEC 61215 tests for product aging and wear. The tests examine
exposure to UV, heat and humidity.
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY (EMC)
EMC checks that equipment and systems do not interfere with one another through the emission and absorption of electromagnetic impulses. Our standard and custom products have passed EMC verification.
Primary Solarimeter Calibration Certificates from Dakks accredited institutes
Primary Anemometer Calibration Certificates from CDakks accredited institutes
How we produce our energy sensors
Our sensors are designed for stable, accurate measurement.
- Onboard precision components guarantee linearity and accuracy.
- Circuits compensate the signal as the temperature of the photovoltaic cell changes, returning the same value for across a wide temperature range of -30°C – 88°C.
- A treatment unique to Soluzione Solare gives stable measurements over time.
- High quality materials ensure they pass rigorous ageing tests according to IEC EN 61215 standards.
- Our thermopile pyranometers solar radiation sensors measure a much wider range than photovoltaic cells (300 – 2900nm Vs 330 – 1100nm), making them suitable for meteorological and global solar energy measurements. They are made in to ISO 6090 standards.
WINDMETER, our digital vane anemometer has a Modbus RS485 output to offer greater reliability even in the presence of strong electromagnetic noise (EMC) or where the signal must cover long distances. If required, WindMeter can be supplied with the calibration certificate of the MEASNET center.
All products designed for precise, true measurement and cost effectiveness.
SENSOR ADJUSTMENT
Calibration is carried out individually for each sensor, using a primary sensor calibrated by an accredited institute as reference. We follow the IEC 60904-4 requirements for photovoltaic cells, and ISO 9847 requirements for thermopile sensors.
We also offer calibration services of our sensors using a reference cell periodically calibrated by the DAKKS accredited ISFH Institute.
