Applications

The INTEGRA support system has been designed to create support structures for photovoltaic modules that extend the waterproofing properties of each individual module's glass to the entire photovoltaic generator, while providing clear architectural integration.

It is suitable for SLOPED ROOFS with pitches greater than 15° and for CANOPIES with wooden or metal frames. The INTEGRA system achieves waterproofing in the range of 100% - 99.2% of total rainfall on the entire system surface.

The INTEGRA system is NOT suitable for continuous insulated facades or where insulation properties are required from the system. INTEGRA can accommodate FRAMELESS glass-tedlar or glass-glass modules up to 7.5 mm thick. The system is compatible with ventilated roof designs and has been used in such applications multiple times, including projects combining traditional roofing with photovoltaic sections.

The "Integra" system is a profile that allows for integrated mounting of photovoltaic modules onto surfaces while providing an architectural aesthetic. It consists of:

The installation is completed by fitting side flashing (left and right) and optional flashing along the lower and upper edges, creating a connection between the photovoltaic portion of the roof and the remaining tile or shingle portion.
