Litemeter Current PRO – Analog Photovoltaic Pyranometer

Litemeter Current Pro is an analog photovoltaic pyranometer (or irradiance sensor)

It is equipped with a monocrystalline silicon cell for high efficiency, and temperature compensated output. Manufacturing and Calibrations are done following the IEC 61215, IEC 60904-2; 60904-4; 60904-10 regulations.
This irradiance sensor is the laminated glass version of the Litemeter Current sensor. The cell is laminated with a high performance anti-reflective glass for photovoltaic modules and E.V.A.

The current output 4-20mA allows the analog signal to remain unchanged in cases whereas the distance between the sensor and the control unit is 10m and more, or in disturbed areas. Distance up to 20-35m are attainable if there’s no signal interference.

Note: the terms irradiance sensor, photovoltaic pyranometer, reference cell and solarimeter are interchangeable. On this site we will use photovoltaic pyranometer. To learn more click here.

Calibration

Each Litemeter LM1-420 PRO is calibrated for comparison with our PV Reference Cell calibrated periodically by the Dakks accredited ISFH Institute and a HP34410A Multimeter

Key features

  • Output 4-20 mA
  • Anodized aluminum housing for high durability
  • Anti-reflective glass with E.V.A.
  • Temperature compensated signal
  • Error tolerance of 3%
  • Calibrated for comparison with our PV Reference Cell calibrated periodically by the Dakks accredited ISFH Institute and a HP34410A Multimeter
