Details

The PV Meter is a digital PV module sensor that uses an actual PV module – the same type installed in your solar plant – to measure both power output and solar irradiance (W/m²). By using a real module as a PV module sensor, it provides highly accurate data that reflects the true behaviour of your PV array in terms of linearity, spectral response and temperature performance.

Each PV Meter is individually calibrated against a silicon reference cell certified by the ISFH Institute (Dakks-accredited), ensuring a measurement uncertainty of less than ±2%. It supports digital communication via RS485 and Modbus RTU protocol, enabling easy integration into professional solar monitoring systems.

Thanks to its precision and robustness, this PV module sensor is widely used to perform high-accuracy PR calculations and radiation assessments in utility-scale and commercial PV plants. Built to withstand outdoor environments, it includes UV-resistant cabling, IP65 protection and a wide operating temperature range.
